Let's see them! Really debating on MTR's vs sticking to Duratracs.

Yeah but I don't think it'll handle my daily driving. And, how often do I see mud? :ballchain: Plus I'm afraid they'll look skinnier on my truck than my Duratracs.

cool looks good! let me know how their road manners are vs how you drive. Randy gave me feedback on his but I still need more before I commit to changing. My duratracs have been really good with the amount of miles I put on them and have done well in the few occasions that I have been off road in advers conditions.

MTRs aren't really any better in mud than the duratracs.

You mean, MTR's aren't much better than Duratracs in the mud.

In slick clay, any tire will slip and get gunked up. When following you, I was really impressed at how your MTRs were cleaning out. Chunks of mud flying from every passing lug, I don't think my duratracs were doing that.

I know you're the Goodyear hookup, but have you seen that the Nitto makes the trail grappler in a 285/70r17, but in a C rated now? I had the E rated ones. The only downsides to them were that they were heavy. The C rated should be considerably lighter. It was a great tire on the street too, and it has a wider footprint than most MTs.

Nitto barely makes any 16s as it is. Most of their tires are 17s and up.

I might be open to that if the price is there. Thanks for the suggestion!
