OK I had my TSB done to mkae sure that I could get my atv from VA to GA. I have 265/75/16 on my taco and it seemed to be rubbing the front mud flaps with the atv in the back of the truck. I took the mud flaps off and when I got the GA and took the atv off the back of the truck it sounds like my tires are still rubbing in the front but I had the wife move the steering wheel around and they arent touching the truck or rubbing . what could it be? My ATV is only like 400-500 pounds and I wasnt even bottoming out so I dont know what going on. Some please let me know what I need to look at or what you think it is. thanks

you have the Duratracs? , they do make a slight humming noise on highway.
I have the 265/75R16 on my truck, no rubbing issues either.

    I'm just messin with ya...

    Ideas though:

Are you sure maybe something didnt get stuck in your wheel wheel? Do you remember running over anything on your trip? Could the fender trim maybe came loose and rubbing against the tire?

had kind of the same problem with mine although yours sounds a little different. Sharp left turns I heard rubbing. I found out it was my shield under the truck. I guess when I had the rear TSB done, they bent it down a little to get some bolts loose. I had to take the darn thing off and pound it into submission. HA HA. Now, no rubbing or noise.:D

I had to trim some plastic off the front and take the front mud flaps off too. I don't have pic of the trim job but they are here if you look. It seems to me a lot of people, myself included had to do some trimming to get those to fit without rubbing. Here is a pic of mine and no they do not rub at all.
