Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
There should be ten from the igniter. You have ten pins in your picture. 4 go directly to the three coils where one of the 4 is a power. (3 on the ground side and the 1 shared power).

    Yep, what he said.
Also I ran the part #'s of an 02 and 04 igniter (post #55), they are the same. Unless there is some Canada spec thing.

Gave this thread a quick read. Have you checked sparkplug wire resistance? Could be a flat camshaft also.

That plug looks like the ground electrodes are almost touching. Is it just an optical allusion?

So I took off the 3m joiner it was on the green black wire. From the diagram above it says it for the tachometer, and this makes sense as this is a USA truck that did not come with daytime running lights that are required in Canada. I guess the wire on the spark plug wire went to this at one time. IMG_2778.jpgIMG_2780.jpg

Ya know, I noticed that too, but chalked it up to camera focus. That being said, historically some NGK plugs (1st gen V6) have come out of the box with a gap of around .023". For a while NGK even listed .023" as the recommended gap as opposed to the Toyota spec of .043".
Plenty of folks ran them that way with out any perceived ill effects.

And I was planning fitting death for the 3m once I got it off. But it was soooooo cold out I dropped it in the engine compartment and possible into the snow. It will die due to injestion into toro snowblower and be thrown across the street.

Removed and joined the wires and no difference :( IMG_2992.jpg

Yes just looks like that, the previous owner put new plugs in not that long ago as they are still clean and have a shine on them.

SEAFOAM in the gas tank won't do much. To get the carbon out of your cylinders, you need to put it directly into your intake.

Not really. It helps, just not the carbon build up in your cylinders. Fine your PCV and pull that vacuum hose off. Poor it in there while the engine is running (is my post on pg 5 IIRC).
