    I'm confused. You name it a bed rack, but also state it only needs the mount tabs that go in a Thule/Yakima rails (which are on a cap). I do not see any pods (or feet) on the rack.

    I'm extremely confused about your confusion. If you are unfamiliar with Prinsu Racks, you can look into the thread here on tacoma world or go to his website to see what products he has. The pods/feet/whatever are on the far side of the rack, which you can see against the work bench in the photo. It is designed to go on the top of a canopy/shell/cap/whatever attached to a long bed toyota tacoma pickup truck, which is popular with many of the people that visit this website.
