Karma is likely a 19 year old cosmetology school drop-out who is texting her gender-neutral boyfriend making $6.25 an hour while you complain about your truck.

Good luck with Toyota customer service.

Wow... I think you're getting ripped off bro:

    Simple google and this:
    Toyota warranty:
"We back it up with these Limited Warranty Coverages: Basic Coverage: 36 months/36,000 miles (all components other than normal wear and maintenance items). Powertrain Coverage: 60 months/60,000 miles (engine, transmission/transaxle, front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, seatbelts and air bags)."

Double checked ... yup .... Take the oil change keep the 36/60 warranty.

25000miles down no problems, better build quality than the 06 and 07 I previously owned. All three were great trucks. This one is better.

Send him a well written, polite letter, that includes your frustration and high expectations from the "toyota" brand. Dont be rude, but do use names of people that have been rude to you

I didn't take that very seriously.

Someone who says "combined total" and then doesn't have an actual number isn't someone who is really doing any math.

It's like saying "I added up all of my money and I had a combined total of more than $10."

Neither the dollar amount or the story of adding everything up is true, so what's the point of giving any of that statement recognition?

He's talking about maintenance plan, you're talking about warranty.

I would like to see the Dealers paperwork on the repairs before I believe any of this. like 3 days to re glue a hood, 5 days to fix passenger door whistling. how would they bill for technicians 5 day whistle repair that would be thousands of dollars at the standard mechanics rate. I say BS

this is days in shop... out of my possession (3day for the hood as they had removed it from the truck, taken it to the body shop, and returned it after a fullday of drying at shop)
5 day door whistle as it had to wait for toyota corp tech)

yes to wait on toyota corp tech to get to to dealer to inspect and advise

edit: also durring that time leafs were replaced 3 times (tech ordered wrong springs and they didnt realize until corp caught it the day after install so i had to go back and get it done again)
