Have your seats rebuilt, or find a set of new Recaro and build new brackets. No power seat, so it will be easier.

I already spoke to an upholstery dealer to add padding in the rear of the seat we're you're but is in the hole so might try that route First..

Put some wet Okole seat covers on. They're neoprene and have a bit of foam built in.

I was looking at them, for the amount of money they are I would be bummed out if the padding wasn't enough..

I did a corolla seat swap. Best decision of my life. And I'm 5'5...

Yeah I've had them for years in my second gen. They provide great protection and a bit more comfort.

No I lied... I was just trying to stir up drama.

However if I ever got a hold of a 2017 corolla or Camry thats precisely what I would swap in...

the padding is definitely not enough for anything but a little extra comfort.

    Not enough...

Wait. Aren't 3rd gen seats the same as 2nd gen? I haven't been in a TRD 3rd gen, but SR5 sears seemed identical?

That's what I thought, probably my best bet is to get a few inches of foam in the hole in the rear of the seat to get it more level from the upholster.. it would be so much better on my lower back..

Yes, I've had to change the way I get into vehicles to avoid hitting my knees on the steering wheel. I put my right foot on the running board, then hop onto the seat, and then swing my legs in.

Be carefull adding spacers and such. In an accident insurance companies could deny coverage due to unsafe mod.

Another member had a shop pull the seats and add foam/seat material and put them back in. Only cost a couple hundred if i recall.
