I've learned this the hard way... always go full profit! Almost every time I've dropped the price to guarantee that the sale is a sure thing,I've been told me the price was lower than expected. I've upped my prices on Etsy a few times and I swear things sell BETTER after the price goes up....

If I get started on the allergy medicine a week or so before symptoms start I don't usually have much trouble, but it's been in the 70s here all week and yesterday it hit me like a ton of bricks. And I was unprepared. Because IT'S FEBRUARY!

 

It's an assumed higher quality if it costs more. Usually you don't want to deal with the cheap asses anyway. I can beat others prices all day long on a bunch of stuff if I want to go out of business. Never going to get anywhere underselling other people unless you're dealing in large quantity. Then there is always a discount.

 

I think this is when the phrase, "Use your words," is appropriate. But, ya know, usually you have to say that to children.
