If anyone is interested out your way, I may be selling my Bamf Recessed Raptor Style Grille for $500. The Backplate is MGM. I'll know sometime late next week if I am going to part with it. I am located 45 minutes east of Syracuse heading down the thruway.

Nothing particularly complicated, but the truth is I don't have a decent set of tools to work with, and I don't want to buy new ones. All the tools I've owned in the past are with my former wives (notice the plural). LOL

My most immediate need is to have someone install the SnowSport Plow next season. J&C Campers in Canandaigua is an authorized dealer, but I'd like to have someone closer to the city do the install in the event issues crop up.

I have a few mechanic friends (out east of Syracuse) who charge more per-hour when they install parts customers bring in. Maybe look around for a non-dealer service center who is willing to do this?

As stated in my original post, I deliver parts for Hoselton. Last week I was at a customer's location in Constantia NY and found this...a 1926 Model T truck. Check out the dual rear wheels.

Just a heads up. I went to LeBrun for my 10K service and had them apply the Rev1 of the TSB for the tranny. They did the TSB without any struggle. I just showed them the TSB paperwork and told them I was having the symptoms that were listed on it. So far after 500 miles the update has helped a lot. We will see if it stays that way. I also told them about the howling noise I have in the front of the truck. They said they thought it was the tires as to their ears it moved to the back of the truck when they rotated the tires. They informed me that the tires were starting to cup a little bit and that might be the issue. I am very conscious about checking tire pressure and having the tires rotated ever 5000 miles so that is pretty frustrating. They said they checked the alignment but I am not sure that really happened.

Mine goes into Hoseltons on Monday for poor shifting when cold. The TSB or Levels have not been checked/done yet.

I had the original TSB done for it back in July which seemed to help a bit but this REV1 has helped a lot for me.

Did it fix the cold shifting problems?

The first update didn't and it hasn't been cold enough since this past Saturday when I had it done to really know. For me I would only have the cold shift issue after starting my truck on a cold morning (below 36) and during the first half mile of my trip. After that it would be fine.

Well hopefully this update will fix it! I am not going to complain but it just hasn't been cold enough to really test it out.

We are about an hour away in Olean, and I spend a Tremendous amount of time mountain biking and skiing in Ellicottville.

    Letchworth is also a favorite.

I went to school at Houghton, spent a lot of weekends over at Letchworth around the east side ridge trail.
@froejoe Constantia is an interesting place, some things you see there you wont see anywhere else in the world!

Just curious as to whether Hoselton pre-approved this. Asking only because they refused to do it for me without being able to replicate the behavior. At any rate, hope it works out for you. Do let us know how you make out.

Buffalo here. Still waiting on my truck to come in. Getting a 6MT is like chasing the rabbit in the forest. My dealer keeps trying to locate one for my specs in the Northeast... 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. If they can offer me the same deal I'll just order one at this point.

I have not received any pre-approval. I am going in to have them check out my cold start shifting issues and complaining that I have no way to check the level myself. I'm hoping that will get them to manually check the levels for me. I am not having any issues with my transmission hunting for gears, so I'm not pushing to have the Rev 1 done at this time.
