    the carrier is wore out in mine, I could replace the whole trigger assembly for like $60 and that would fix it (it doesn't feed correctly about 1/3 of the time and on openin day of dove season that usual equates to like 30 dry fires because the 2nd round winds up on the ground somewhere so I only get 1 and 3) but I think I may just sell it and get a Mossberg 88, I bought my wife one for valentines day a few years ago and I can hit better blind folded with that than I ever could with the 870... plus academy sells them for like $180 so I feel like I could get a new shotgun after selling the 870 and have enough money left over for a couple boxes of 7 1/2s

    Sounds like a good idea. The 870 I saw that I really liked was a youth model so it was pretty small and seemed like a good truck gun.

    so I have this thing where I hate Winchester almost as much as I hate gm... so I have a hard time valuing anything they are affiliated with... so imma put this way way way way way back on the back burner
