What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Been working on a Behind the grille bracket for a light bar. Does anyone know the specs on the factory bolts for the upper radiator supports? My bracket is a bit thicker so the factory bolts can't grab.

I wasnt very confident in taking the trim rings off either, but it actually wasnt that bad. All I used was a really small flat head screwdriver and with patience I very slowly pryed them out. Im so glad I did it!

Did you have to do it from the back, by taking everything apart, or is it at all possible to get them out from the front?

 

you might need a block or aal for the rear with the extra weight.

Nice. I'm some Bilstein 5100's next week and have been kicking around what I want to set them at. How much lift do you expect at .85? I'm adding a 1" block in the back and was going to set the fronts at their highest to hopefully get 2.5" leveled. It's causing me huge amounts of stress because I don't want to get baby back from the shop and not like the end product.

 

Got a couple more panels done. Oh how I love perfect, black, paint! !

I was going to just do a ReadyLift but decided to do it with 5100's instead, so I kind of did save up for it (aka my taxes came in).
