    I was actually gonna buy it, but I couldn't get anyone in the gun shop to come over and help me. They (4 of them, mind you) were too busy helping a guy with a holographic sight for an AR, that he didn't buy.

    Figures. I walked in a local shop and saw mine sitting on the shelf. It said $735 on the tag. Guy came over to help me. I looked at it and asked if that price was right. He said yup. Ummm I'll take it. Never saw one again at that price including in that shop. :D

    That happened with my Kimber Raptor. LoL. I randomly walked in one day with ZERO intention of buying ANYTHING, let alone a $1500 pistol. Apparently they had just gotten the truck like, ten minutes earlier and literally tossed it in the case with a price tag that said $749.99. I asked to look at it, and it was FREEZING COLD, as it had spent some time in the single digits on the truck. I flipped the tag over and about shit my pants. lol.

    I jumped on the web, and checked out MSRP and had to walk away so my heart would slow down. I asked if they had more than one. They said yes! They got two on the truck. I bought both. BOGO BITCHES! I sold the other one to my dad.

    To this day, when I walk in there, the owner gives me the stink eye. I haven't seen another Raptor in there either.
