Thanks everybody!! Plan on heading out tomorrow morning and get sign ups and sound test done so I can go play around out there a bit and get my suspension dialed for this kind of racing, normally I do D37 which is much more difficult but not as fast, so we will see how good I am at trying to race in a different district!
Should be OK, I think I can ride fast, but that will be decided once the banner drops! Talk is cheeeeep.
I plan on racing in Amateur (B) instead of Expert/Pro (A) since I havent actually been in competition of a Championship for over a year, nice thing is the Am and Exp/Pro start on the same line so Im technically still racing against the fast guys, lol.
    I know, what a sandbagger.....but I want a dang 1st place trophy, :anonymous:.

Is what it is, just gotta keep from having a yardsale and things should be fine. Thats the only real downside to these fast courses, if you have a mishap things go sideways quicker than you can blink, so the plan is to not do that.:fingerscrossed:

Not really, the diffs are in the same place as before. so the only thing that gives real ground clearance is larger tires.

Im to busy processing things once I start racing! I just put the race face on and let er rip, ha. I usually only think about crashing on gnarly downhills, that's my Nemesis, lol.

Steep downhills are tough to control. Years ago I was coming down a single track trail, super steep, slippery, and was locking up every time I touched the brakes. Hit a flat transition (what felt like straight downhill to a flat 90 degree right) front tire hit the flat and I went right over the bars  good times

Hey Alex, I'm heading out in about an hour, got a late start, needed to change the front bib and tire on the YZ250 just in case I decide to race in 250 class instead of open on the 450.

Lemme know if your still coming out, not sure how cell reception is out there.
