What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Busted my taillight the other day , when replacing it I installed a 35w halogen reverse bulb on both sides, way brighter now

 

Yes. A very simple install.

 

Changed the oil in my rig. 80,000 now. Roll on

 

Put on a 4' firestik antenna. Got a guy 4 miles away this evening when trying it out. He said I was clear and he was too.

I bought these and installed recently as well. I love the look. Only thing that bothers me is the 3 leds that connect to the white marker light area when you're viewing it from the side.

Does anyone have a pic of the side view, curious how strange it looks.

 

How do the seals look and how is the quality of the build?

Finally had the chance to put the Amp Research BedStep on my Prerunner. Took all of 10 minutes (with the help of my son).

 

Washed it and discovered one of my LED tag lights was flickering. Drove down to Autozone and put two of these in.

 

Finally able to clean him up after all the rain we got here

 

Better park that thing!!!! Going to wear it out!!!!

 

Last week I took mine in for my 3rd oil change with 6,200 miles on it. I bought it in Sept 2015. Maybe it's not his DD or he has a short commute to work. I know your only joking with him.

Yea, i figure so. Mine only has 31000 and in a month it will be 3 years old, so i dont drive it much, but he drives his even less, lol

 

Anything wrong with your other taillights? Would you be interested in selling them?

 

My truck goes to bed with a 3rd Gen. Wakes up next to a 2nd Gen. Such a pimp.
