No blood thinners yet, just on the low dose aspirin. Need to start walking,treadmill. I hate the fact I need to get off my lazy ass and excersie

 

Yep think the grills will be OK . Used the gas grill last night and didn't want to put the cover back on with snow already on it so just threw it over the top. Plan on doing chicken thighs tonight anyhow. Snow supposed to stop about 4 this afternoon.

 

Supposed to be 85 here today.
I couldn't handle that.

Do you not have a Off Road store in your area such as 4wheel parts or something similar . These places if any do the type of alignments you're looking for

 

2 days ago got up to 62 and I was sweating. 85 I'd have to break into gradually over a month or 3. Still would be falling out with that much heat.

Neighbor tried plowing his minivan through the snow and didn't make it far. He has been up in the road for last hour blowing snow with his snowblower. It is about a quarter mile out to the main road, must have to be some place pretty bad. Haven't even heard a plow out on the main road either.

Filled the feeders last night, the birds are happy I did.

 

Get a pedometer or a pedometer app on your phone . Using one will encourage you to exercise more

Wow its only got up to 45 degrees so far today . If the winds pick up its going to be even colder !!!!

Beats going on the meds and stuff. I finally got back into a workout routine, after swearing it off when I retired from active duty. Like quitting smoking, I finally came to the realization that the odds would catch up to me if I didn't do something about it.

This one is awfully close ... trust me. @scocar will back me up on that.
