Anyone running 265 70 16 at's

Looking at going to something a bit more aggressive, but I want to stay with the factory size until I'm ready to do a gear swap. I'm not used to anything under 450 awhp so this truck is already slow enough lol. I'd also like something in load range c. In all honesty I just wanna be able to drive over the median between nordstoms and dillards and not have to worry about the fresh loose mulch they put down. But I wanna look good doing it! Lol. Post pics.

 

I believe this is a OEM tire size. My sport came with the 16" TRD bronze rims and that size tires. KO2s

 

I'm running 265/75-16 Cooper AT3' They handle the mall pretty well.

These are 265 70 16

 

Haha I am actually serious. I really just wanna see some duratracs and ko2 or any other at's in the factory size and on stock wheels. I don't want to move up in size until warranty is up and I do a gear set swap front and rear. Google always bars results of 265 76 16. I wanna see 265 70 16.

Most people here who want to keep the stock size still do 265/75R16 or 265/70R17. You get a slightly larger tire with no real downside.

 

You'll probably lose ~1 MPG or so overall even with a C rated from what I've seen reported here.

 

Yeah I'm not too worried about losing mileage, I just don't want larger circumference which would be the equivalent of having slightly higher gears and reducing the off the line power feel. Truck feels as slow as I'd like for it ever to lol.

Haha. My last one was a single can 4x4. I swapped in a LS6, magnacharger, 4l80e and circle d billet triple disc lockup converter and had a Silverado ss awd transfer case. It was fun! Lol

 

so what made you switch to the taco? seems kind of backwards
