    Thats the throttle by wire tb right? Plug it in and it should open all the way with the gas pedal.

    Bailing wire & Duct tape
    Throttle bodies with ETCS-i (ie drive by wire) only open about 20% manually for limp home mode iifc.. They're ecu controlled via the accelerator peddle.
