    I'm in the middle of putting them back together right now. I had to redo the resi out puts. Figured while I had the front diff out and everything dropped I do the shocks, bumps, and relocated my limit straps

    What do the regular kings come with? I like the 600 that they came with. But a tad bit longer would be sweet to bring that front up

    Usually 600x14".

    Be stupid to fit a 16" spring. Could get a custom eibach 15" one made.

    Stock for now, factory locker, gray wire mod, chrome rims came on it and will be leaving soon(painted or otherwise!).
    I have the push button and literally nothing happens when I push the button now, no flashing on the dash and no noise from the actuators...

    You must have a bad connection somewhere, sounds like the switch is faulty or you're not getting power to it.

    That's what I was leaning towards, guess I just have to start digging into it. Never been a fan of electronically controlled t cases.

    Have you checked the connector on the add accuator? Could be loose or have dirt/ grime on the terminals. mine came loose once and i had a similar situation.
    From there you could have issues either in the accuator itself or maybe upstream in teh wire harness.

    Might not be the t-case, could only be at the diff. Try putting it in 4wd and see if the front driveshaft spins.

    @Shurban1227

    I had the same nothing-happens-when-pressed issue. Ended up being the ADD actuator. But here try this. Start the truck up (or just accessory works, but either way) and press the 4WD button. Now go underneath the truck and disconnect the plug for the ADD actuator. Do you hear the t-case actuator function?

    So when I unplugged the add the actuator on the t-case made noise and engaged, bad ADD then?

    Actually the motor works less hard as the filter gets plugged. The result is less air is moved.

    That's what it sounds like to me. When I had the font unplugged, I could actually press the button on and off and engage and disengage the t-case. And if I unplugged the t-case one, the 4x4 light blinked, indicating an issue.
