I recently took the driver side headlight completely out and apart. Let it dry in the Florida sun , a couple of hours later, it was like new. I actually took a air gun for my compressor and blew into it to make sure there was no more droplets. None came out, so I was able to put it all back together. Well, wouldn't you know that later that night I checked it and there was even more moisture than before. I think now the best solution is to invest in a new unit Not from Ebay. I have several on Amazon.14880633249621601499304.jpg

I am not sure if you ever have a low humidity day in FL. But this worked for me in TX. Wait for a sunny low humidity day...Hold a shop vac on the headlight opening in the back...it takes about 15-20 minutes for all the moisture droplets to disappear.

I vote get a new one. If it was developing condensation to begin with ripping it apart without sealing again likely would make it worse.

drill a VERY fine hole in the lowest corner of the lens, that has worked many times on many different applications.
