    A thing or two...
Found a local shop with a dyno and went by to see where I was at before I install the mapecu3 and start tuning. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the dyno and the air brake on the roller wouldn't disengage, so no dyno for me.

However, I did use the afternoon to fab up a mounting bracket and install the oil catch can I bought from @sathump.

I flipped the cable clamps that mount the wire harness on the brackets to get a little more clearance. I also put an extra bit of hose on the edge of the bracket to prevent rubbing on the wire harness sheath.

It's a good thing the smallest length of material that I could get for the bracket was 4ft long. it only took me 3 tries to make the mounting bracket. First attempt, I bent the bracket in the wrong direction. :anonymous: Second attempt, I bent it the write way, but it wouldn't clear the brake lines with the way I was trying to make. :annoyed: Third attempt did the trick. :bananadance:

Your ball sticks out a good inch further than mine, if you use an m6-55 it will tuck in closer and get further from the steering wheel.

I bet that door sounds like a 2 door Cadillac from the 70s when it closes! Heavy and solid!

Not all done today. Got some new Cooper AT3's 265/70 16's. Then removed mudflaps. Had balancing issues with the black wheels (they were actually chrome Gear wheels someone painted black) so I went to stock Toyota wheels.PHOTO_20170225_074213.jpg PHOTO_20170225_093237.jpg

    Too many to list.
Finally got the spark plugs done. My truck has 138k and had densos all around. Is it possible that they were the original plugs?

Also, can anyone recommend a good engine cleaner? The Northeast can wreak havoc on a truck.

Installed morimoto fogs & urd short shifter today. The fogs match the retros perfect. The short throw feels amazing. Wish I did it sooner!

Nope they come with 3 Denso & 3 NGK from the factory, yours have been replaced at some point.

I installed my @Shmellmopwho tailgate bracket, those 2 bolts really did a number on me so I broke for beer.
    1488068465754.jpg

Then installed my @CaliRaisedLed ditch brackets. Cutting the cowl plastic earned me another beer break.
    1488068422013.jpg

While I had the cowl plastic off I decided to protect my new charcoal cabin filter. I cut a patch of kevlar reinforced residential screen material & drove a few self tapping screws through the sheetmetal. Should help keep the sticks, feathers & leafs out. Another beer break.
    1488068516028.jpg

With the exterior done I turned to the inside & wired in my 2 new switches in preparation of the @Iggy group buy LEDs coming in a few weeks. New ones on the right. Center one will be for the rear facing diffused LED
