If your son is gentle with the baby, and in a forward facing seat, you can put his seat in the middle. Put the rear- facing seat on the right (obviously). That way you can still recline the driver's seat most of the way. If you're son still naps in the car, pull over in a safe spot, recline the seat, and power nap. Daisy riding shotgun for security. You're face will be right next to him so he can whack you in the nose when he wakes up.

It's the only way I could function the first few months.

And don't tell your wife. Sleep envy is prevalent for the first few... actually it hasn't seemed to go away. And our youngest just turned 4 this week.

I was fucking around with the settings on the DV trip and accidentally switched to 146.461. Which is why I had shitty reception/ transmissions the whole trip. @jberry813 thought it was interference from the bed rack and @jAndyMendo said I needed a 20 watt. Otherwise, the Baofengs work great. No issues on the Plumas trip.

Well, builder accepted our offer. Also, luckily for us, the agent noticed it did not have gutters installed....so that's now added in at no additional cost. Wait, WTF?! Gutters?!?! I mean, never purchased a NEW house, but are you kidding me?! Do we need to ask for door knobs and locks?? :annoyed:

Got all the upgrades for "free". I'm sure the cost is built in there somewhere, but we did get quite a few good things! Granite throughout, all new stainless appliances, washer/dryer.....blah blah blah.
