What's up guys. Hadn't been on all day. I was helping a TW member put on my old 884s and 1.5" AAL on his DCLB SR5. Lemme tell ya, those SR5 shocks and coilovers are absolute junk. It really made it look more proportional.

Does anybody know if you're supposed to remove the outer bushing on the rear 5100s?? The stock shocks didn't have them so we were gonna just rip them off, but they were pressed in there tight and figured they should stay so we hammered those stupid things in there lol

If it's the last year, I doubt they will go down.

 Just giving Jimbo a hard time.

That's why I didn't mind buying an SR5. Why pay extra for stuff you are just going to take off and replace? There was a big price difference even with the used 15's and that's money I can put toward stuff I want.

We should have pulled that one off before I started working M-F. Let me know when you want to get out this way.

I guess I should pop in and say hey. Shout out to @JWL for helping me out last week. Truck started making a whirling sound, changed out the rear diff fluid, still whirling. Consulted with Adam, seems my carrier bearing is done. That's next on the fix list. So ready to have my quiet truck back.

Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
Hmm.....that's got me thinking as well. I also have a whirling and a nasty clunk sometimes. I thought the clunk was my LCA bushings, or upper ball joints. Well, I replaced the ball joints, and I didn't hear it for a few days, but now it is back. Now I am thinking U joints.

That pairs well with the surprisingly energetic (PC) and unfortunately overweight child in your signature.
