i have an 03 2.7L and i am trying to figure out what mods are gonna give me the most performance. i am about to buy an exhaust but im not sure which kind i want. i want something that will be loud but i want that nice deep tone. i am willing to sacrifice decibels for that deep tone. but besides an exhaust i am wondering what other mods will give me HP gains....besides a turbo or supercharger that im going to end up spending $2000 on.

go with a magnaflow or dynomax exhaust, from what i hear they provide the most performance gains even if they are slim. i have a flowmaster on mine and it sounds great but no way it did anything performance wise. i put on a CAI and that helped at higher RPM's but a header would get you the most bolt on power you can get w/o turbo or supercharging

I thought someone made a performance cam, but I haven't been able to find it. Maybe I was dreaming about it.
