I've told my wife we could live like that if I can make a few bucks doing it as a plumber.
    Free stay.

I took another nap ...

It's good here. The joy of Winter is waning ... but we'll make it.

Copy on the self-induced migraine, sympathy withdrawn for re-issue as needed.

    J/K ;)

    Hiya Ken.

Glad to see you survived all the sun and fun down south. :D

    :hattip:

Hmmm...your seasonals work opposite of our seasonals. I see my 3rd career path once I wring the best retirement check I can get out of this Civil Service gig.

Our LTVA season here is Sept 15 to April 15. By then it's just locals camping for a weekend or long holiday. All the snowbirds are long gone. But, with the river, the reservoir and the lake, we get a lot of locals out fishing and recreating all year. The boat launch parking lots will have rigs in it from just before sun up till about 1000 hrs, then the evening fishing from late afternoon till after sun down. So it is a busy place.

I've wished about a cargo trailer like a toy hauler. Half shop half living space.
