Glad to see you survived all the sun and fun down south.

Hmmm...your seasonals work opposite of our seasonals. I see my 3rd career path once I wring the best retirement check I can get out of this Civil Service gig.

 

Our LTVA season here is Sept 15 to April 15. By then it's just locals camping for a weekend or long holiday. All the snowbirds are long gone. But, with the river, the reservoir and the lake, we get a lot of locals out fishing and recreating all year. The boat launch parking lots will have rigs in it from just before sun up till about 1000 hrs, then the evening fishing from late afternoon till after sun down. So it is a busy place.

 

I'm pulling out that halibut now.

 

I don't volunteer unless i'm paid.

 

Thanks Rob, enjoyed the time away, but got a lot of eye strain on the beaches... Thankfully the beach bar had a defibulator handy in case I needed it
