Cement Pro No Longer Made?

Ya your right 15' was limited...but as far as 16's and 17's. It seems like if you want a Pro nobody seems to be running late to the party on production numbers

I get lucky from time to time. Even a clock is right twice a day.

 

I dunno, I've never once seen a 15 Pro in person (not like it's mythical) but I've already seen 3, 3rd gen Pro's already. I personally think they'll produce as many are ordered, but you won't see an unsold one sitting at a dealership. Unless that dealer is loaded.

 

not if it's just fast or slow. Now a broken clock, that's right about twice a day. Except for those dam digital ones.

 

There's one for sell in Birmingham at Serra on the lot...

 

They sit around here in the NE, cost too much and people that buy Tacomas around here are more value minded than the greatest and latest.

 

Toyota's website will let me build a pro in cement. I'm in CA.

True, but then you have the bro's and their gaudy lifted diesel fullsizes, thats whats popular around here, rough country dealer lifted trucks sell like hotcakes. I actually really enjoy going to the track and being one of the few tacomas in a sea of lifted Silverados.

Here is one if you don't mind driving up to Mattoon, IL.

 

They will have to order a Cement Pro because they don't have on on THEIR lot. Have them order what you want, or go to another more friendly dealer.

 

I've read an article last year about the Tacoma TRD PRO. If I recall correctly the numbers, Toyota will build about 1800 Tacoma TRD PROs from which about 5% will be with MT.

 

This is not a defense of the dealership. But in this particular case, it's not the 'dealership' or the 'dealer' that's lying, it's the salesman. I am assuming his lips moved?

You might try calling the sales manager, or better yet, general manager and letting him know he has a problem child. Assuming he cares about ethics. Some do, some, not so much.

Not suggesting you buy there. In fact, I'd even tell the manager they'd lost a customer, and as many more people as you can influence via places like tacomaworld. Sometimes the hard truth of lost sales will create change. Sometimes not. But if no one tries, it won't change for sure.

 

Lol ya there's a rough country dealer right up the road from me that has 2 Tacomas with the Carolina squat.
