    I have a similar model with the rear camera attachment as well. Easy to install and not obtrusive. I put it between the GO Pro mount and the rear view window.

    I've had mine since May but didn't install it until July 2016. It's been fine.

    We've hit 100's in the summer and the winter has been mild but has got to the teens.
