We don't carry over. Either you take time off, get a check written to you, or it's gone.
That's only vacations days, though. Sick time and the 3 'personal days' are lost if not used up. I think there are 10 sick days a year, no one hardly ever uses that many.

 

Well govt here so they take away and won't pay for unused over what you can carry over.

I use to lose mine all the time cause I would just swap a shift with someone. Don't lose overtime that way. Overtime is included in our salary so you take a vacation day you actually lower your salary.
