    Spotted this on my walk earlier....not only is the red car parked on the sidewalk the other 2 are in a no parking area of a school parking lot and all 3 belong to residents who live across the street and have no available parking on their side.

    I'm parked about half way out in the middle of the parking lot. There is a little island to the right of my truck with yellow hash around it. I do have my right tires inside the yellow but considering its only about 18" wide, and its not a parking space, I don't consider my self to be an ass hole. If you look over the hood of my truck at the white car in the distance you can kind of see what I'm talking about. You can also see the tree just to the right of the camry.
