OK more than 1 photo this time :)

Tacked in the upper portion of tubes and cut away the frame

Both sides cut away, approximate droop

Approximate bump and shock location, should get ~24" total travel and plan on bumping and strapping ~23"

    ...too much shit to list.
Did your truck almost fall forward when you chopped the frame off? I saw that happen once. :anonymous:

I just ordered them from Down South Motorsports, by the time you rebuild and revalve used shocks its about the same cost as new unless you find a smoking deal, and hopefully unsmoked shocks lol. And that's assuming you find the correct springs, if not then the springs can cost up to $400. And when you buy new King will swap springs as long as they are still new, so this way if I am way off I can send them back for different rates at no charge

A little more work done, tied the rear into the frame and added some more tubes. Also got the 9" in and mocked up, moved some things around and think I have the link mounts final, pretty happy with the geometry :)

2" .250 wall and the frame boxed with 1/4" plate. Then wrapped with more plate and tubes. Big chunk out of the rear body mount to clear the lowers at bump

Below is the custom billet pinion yoke for Ford 9" to Toyota driveline. Drilled with a few patterns so it bolts right up to all Toyota drivelines with no modification. $125 from Custom Driveline Components 530-877-0620 and ask for Andrew. Mine was machined down for Daytona pinion bearing on the 9" end and shipped out and received to me in 2 days, big thanks to Andrew, he knows his drivelines  http://customdrivelines.com/converter-flanges.htm

some better jack stands :) links are set up with about 75% anti squat at ride height, gains squat into bump and loses squat in droop, ~1" of driveline plunge and 3* of total pinion change through 24" of travel

Do you know why some people mount the upper link to the axle with the bolt vertically instead of Horizontal like the way most have it? Just curious.
