    I actually picked the 4Runner Trail without KDSS because I think it's a kick ass system if you leave the truck stock. Otherwise...I'd rather not have it and try to lift.

    Did a quick google search, Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System. From the quick reading i did it has to do with the swaybars and stabilization system on and off road.
