Oh yes ok. Guess i went B, reverse camera was good enough plus i heard theres less head room with the sunroof.
I did however like how we get heated seats, side mirrors, and all weather matts and mud flaps thrown in for canadians, and hitch mount

think that's only offered on the sport, not the off road so I don't have it.

As much as I'd like to have a sunroof they eventually just become a problem so no thanks.

In the last 30 years I have never had a problem with any sunroof. Besides parking it and leaving the sunroof open.

I had my last Honda for 18 years. Never a issue with Sunroof. Took me awhile to get used to having the switch overhead. My last 2 vehicles where Hondas and they used to have the switch to the left of the steering wheel. After 23 years of having the switch there it becomes natural. Always looked liked a idiot test driving cars looking to open the roof and looking for the switch.

the reason I ask is I have a TRD Sport with sunroof package. I had a shitty thing happen with a parking gate that crunched the roof. Bodyshop has had it for 3 weeks now and its going to be another 2. I don't even want the truck back and may trade in on a new one. It's $5600 difference for a new C package or $3800 for a B package. Or I may sell this thing and walk away completely... Overall I was not thrilled with it after driving for a few weeks.

It's not the bodyshop... It's the GPS antenna and the 3rd brake light. Toyota has them on back order....

Ouch - don't go to the stealership for bodywork. They'll take you in, quote it, then ship it to the local Napa to have the work done and make a nice mark up off of you.

It's at the dealerships bodyshop. It's been there the entire time.

Call me impressed. I don't know any dealerships that do their own bodywork (unless it is a panel change - even then). Even the German OEMs send theirs out locally to Napa (in Toronto).

Burnaby Toyota has a bodyshop on their roof. I did a surprise visit the other day and half my interior is out, they have scratched my passenger door and the paint looked like shit. They are redoing it. I don't even want that truck back hence why I was posting for some thoughts. lol

Body work is an art. Usually specialists offer a better rate, and a better job. I used to work at an OEM assembly plant as management. We had a massive ice storm one year that shut down the plant. One of the senior management sent out our repairmen that actually made it to work with rubber mallets to beat the ice off and drive the cars in that needed fixing. Needless to say the BSAs were dented to shit; we brought in some third party repairmen who worked ABSOLUTE magic. These guys made the factory trained guys look like goons. (They mostly were anyways..) Ever since then I've always gone to people who only do bodywork as the touch some of these guys saved $1000s
