Won't be getting any king cake but definitely having some strong drinks after work and the gym. Loved New Orleans when I was down there. Best fried catfish I ever had.

Yanno, about 2 months ago I had catfish for the first time. It is delicious. I've been buying it regularly and using different rubs on the fillets when cooking. Whole Foods has a good fish counter, but you do pay for it.

Yeah they're expensive. It's funny seeing my vegetarian wife argue with herself about buying produce at Whole Foods cause she's cheap when it comes to money. While she's debating I just got back to the meat counter and pick out which steaks I want. Figure I have to eat her share to make things even.

Anybody got a good method of popping the caps off of UCA's in order grease the ball joint? Seem to be pretty well on there.

 

They are usually just double sided taped on
