    Well, I haven't lifted since I left the thread in mid-January. Went from 220 to about 280. Gonna sign up for Crossfit to get these lbs off.

    I can't get into the low bar skwats position. My right shoulder doesnt really turn that much rearward. Any tricks you guys have? I can high bar, but I'm really wanting to low bar. I've been working on my flexibility and ROM on my shoulders but it's slow going
