    Freaking awesome! The plant really well into the ground. Only thing with high bar for me is I dont have great ankle flexibility so that kinda hurts me but I'll have to see what I decide to do.

    I'm the same way as you. I sprained my ankle a lot back in high school so the ankle mobility has been shit. I've been doing a lot of ankle dorsiflexion mobility exercises and it's getting better. Also I've been doing some hip flexibility exercises.

    Yup that's exactly what happened to me. Lots of basketball sprains and 1 football sprain. I've actually been doing what you're doing as well, and even bought a massage roller for the hip flexors. My hip mobility has gotten a lot better too and can almost ATG but not quite. We just gotta keep at it and hope for the best.
