Anyone have a video on installing an arb bullbar on a gen 1 (2004) taco? These Aussie instructions are really thin. Thanks

    try this, very good site

Only 3G4R's need to do cutting, since they use the Tacoma bumper. For Tacoma's it's simply bolt on.

    A few helpful resources:

@Timmah! aka Timmy the Toolman on YouTube: Great set of videos for working on 3rd gen 4runners that have the same front suspension, 3.4L 5vz-fe V6's, transmissions (mostly), and front suspension as first gen Tacomas. Here's a sample video and his YouTube channel's home page.

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9EMiD9KPy61kJ6hdXcbjxA

South Main Auto on YouTube: This guy does more general mechanic work. He is amazing at making videos and diagnosing problems though. Here's his homepage and a video diagnosing trouble codes P0136 P0141.

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtAGzm9e_liY7ko1PBhzTHA

    A few other favorites are:

ChrisFix on Youtube: My first teacher in DIY stuff. Great videos.

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCes1EvRjcKU4sY_UEavndBw

I used this video to get rid of a paint scuff:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/anthony-y-el-burrito-blanco.372728/page-6#post-15408638

Eric the Car Guy on YouTube: Love him or hate him, he's a thorough video maker!

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_q-UNDJeEBSHqKzAP_8x_A

I used this video to trace and measure a parasitic draw back to my Scangauge II:

Jafromobile on YouTube: This guy that mods DSM Eclipse's / Talon's / Laser's. He does a lot of engine work like porting and polishing:

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyGT_yinKL7uRiZmTjC17RQ

Here's a good video showing a three angle valve adjustment:

There are more, but these are my favorite and the ones that I've benefited from the most besides videos already posted on here like:

    The head gasket video:

    The manual hub videos:

And that's about it for now. Will update this post when I find more!

Great info! I definitely need to fix my cupholder thingies and weak driver seat belt. The squeaky clutch gets a shot of lube every few years. My dome light has been giving me some grief the last few years as well.
