    Not over thinking it, just want to be prepared to wheel hard and still make it 2k miles back home. Plus 50% of the time it's not me using the parts, it's someone else that I'm offering parts to. I'm not going to drive 4K miles to wheel like a bitch.

    I went to a Toyota get together last year 10hr from home and twisted my drive shaft I think there was like 200+ toyotas there no body had a spare esp for DCLB all the local places were closed for the holiday weekend. So I pulled the driveshaft and drove home in 4hi. That sucked. But wasn't too bad. Lot of guys tried to help but DCLB were few and far between. I thought about going to the dealer and "borrowing" one from them. Good times though. If I don't make RT I'll be going back to TN Labor Day weekend for the roundup.

    I'd add lbjs and bolts to that. I'm bringing spindles this year too lol. I was raped on getting 2 sheered bolts extracted from the spindle. Could have bought new ones.

    Everyone is very helpful in finding parts. Usually someone somewhere has what you need.

    There was a kid from Minnesota this past year with a DCLB that mangled his driveshaft. Went to a fab shop in Moab and had a new one made from an old piece of drill pipe if IIRC.

    Bolts maybe but I don't think I need to go that far. LBJ's were replaced 20k ago, and plan on rebuilding a spare spindle with fresh bearings, UBJ, and spindle gussets and installing that before I leave.

    I twisted my drive shaft and we patched it back together with well piping and a welder
