We go there for the waterfalls and such. You can hit a bunch of places in a day.

 

Nah they are new age hipsters.. Think college art(painting, music, and other "arts") students that may or may not have a degree that have given up showers and smoke weed.

 

It's definitely a good time. Grab some beer and food then go hike, camp drink said beer, hike more the next day.

 

we are always close to Asheville, but never in it if we can help it. the surrounding areas are gorgeous though for camping. great hikes and camping. ive only gone into town a couple of times because I forgot to bring something important when we went camping

Nah the town isn't bad. Lots of art stuff to see, lots of micro brewerys, lots of cool stuff, but if you're afraid of hippies then stay out. I mean really, they don't bite, well some of those girls(and guys) are freaky like that, they might just smell bad. You're not gonna catch the liberal from standing near one.

haha more like something warm to wear when I messed up and looked at the temps at the bottom of a mtn instead of the top... I was one cold fucker. also, unless its our annual whiskey in the woods, I tend not to bring alcohol on our backpacking trips.

lol. idc about the damn roof. I prefer no sunroof. Just extra stuff that could go wrong.
