Why is that if you don't mind me asking? I'm wanna diamond plate my side rails somehow

 

I feel like diamond plate doesn't aesthetically go with a Tacoma. It seems more like a Chevy thing.

 

I want cuz it matches my tool box lol but I gotcha. Let me know if ever do a run of diamond plate I'll definitely be in. I prefer the raised look of the rails personally. If can't find diamond plate I'll just stick w/ my plastic sides. Surprised they've held up to abuse so far lol

 

You'd said you had no long bed in stock, how long before they're ready again?

 

Looks like the beginning of March.

 

Finally got around to getting them installed. Really happy with them. Surprised at how smooth the finish is, was expecting it to be a rougher textured finish but very happy.

 

Also just realized there isnt any holes in the top for hooking straps or bungees. Did you stop making the holes in all of them or was that on me?

 

Yeah, people kept complaining about the holes, so we got rid of them.

I remember this.. It was retarded. I think holes would have been fine. But either way, I'm excited to get mine!

 

And I wish we could stock them both ways, but our inventory is already pretty huge.

 

Like I said, it really doesn't matter to me. I thought the fact that people were so up in arms about the fact they had holes in them was what was ridiculous.

Yep, just a couple weeks away. We're picking up the biggest load of parts that we ever got.

This weekend will be spent expanding our shop storage system to make room for everything.

 

Well, that's awesome. Probably a hassle, but still awesome. I love your bed racks but I can't commit to one without giving up my bestop.

You have these built for 3rd gen yet?

 

We have them prototyped. We just need to make a few adjustments, have a new prototype made, and do a final test fit.
