After you do that we can talk about diffraction and why your photo's are soft and have low contrast.

They don't. Diffraction is only for pixel peepers. It doesn't affect my prints. They aren't noticeably soft or lacking in contrast.

I love Copper Harbor!!!! That dirt road to the rocket range is great and that camping spot on the tip is the best spot I've ever, ever camped in! My avatar pic was taken near CH.

Don't you hate it when a wayward utility pole sneaks into a good shot? I do a lot of crouching and angled shooting and what not to hide them behind things in the foreground!

We should talk about improper apostrophe use while we're at it.

    Very nice work.

For some reason - the eyes, maybe? - this makes me think of Steve McMurray's Afghan Woman image that graced National Geographic in 1985. Obviously the smile so prevalent in your shot is non-existent in the image of the refugee, but there is some similarity that immediately made me think of that image:

That particular picture was taken at the Lower Taqanima falls, but I know which road you are talking about!

I tried getting something similar to that first one with my truck. Turns out that heavy snowfall, light, and the color silver just don't match! :)

It compliments sunsets quite nicely though, I must say

The silver is amazing for picking up light. Every time I see one in town it really shows to curves and angles of the taco nicely :anonymous:

Another thing I regret about going with black.

Funny story, I actually ordered the truck in blue. There was a major miscommunication and my truck wound up getting sold to someone else...I came in and my rep and I found out what happened. We're like "da fuq?!" Another dealer like 50 miles away got the same truck I ordered in silver with a bunch of options (tonneau, chrome, side steps, bed step) and we agreed that it would be fair for them to go get that one and I'd take it for an additional $200. I'd call it a win.
