I have buddy thats in mechanic school at TSTC in waco and after this first set of skis were thinking about getting into buying and selling jetskis, dirtbikes, etc... there are so many on craigslist that just need a few things to run like new and people dont want to deal with them so they sell them for less than half of what theyre worth

 

You looking at standups or sit downs? I got an '87 Kawasaki 550 with the most 80s paintjob ever. I've replaced the mats since this pic.

Cobb first Thursday of the month. Starts at six and it's mainly for Turbocars.

Brought the truck there a few times, but usually the only truck around!

I frequent that are quiet often, wrong bumper and wrong color though....

 

hahaha, rides like a champ, though! I asked my wife if I should repaint it, and the paintjob is the only thing she likes about it so she says no.

 

does it run, are you trying to sell?

Yeah, it runs really well. Nah, not trying to sell. My wife would love to see it go, but it's got too much sentimental value to sell it for what I'd likely get for it.

 

should be some pretty sweet cars there is the tuner scene is your cup of tea

lol, I totally get the sentimental value thing... I'm gearing up to graduate from highschool and these jet skis I'm about to buy are gonna be my first major purchase. Hopefully I'll have them sitting around in my garage for a good 20 years or so XD

Nice! Have you ridden standups before? It's cool to see the younger generation get into it. Too many lazy people don't wanna take the time to learn to ride one and opt for the sitdowns.
