Block heater plug in is near the light on the driver side of the vehicle. It requires a Toyota specific adaptor, the truck comes with two of them, a long and a short one.

Block heaters are an accessory in Ontario. Not standard. Where do you live? No need for one unless you're north of Parry Sound basically...

Try CT motorsports. They are about a block north of Pearson airport near the intersection of Derry and Bramalee.

IMG_5788.jpg Gateway Toyota has this 3rd Gen in their show room. Looks like they added TRD Pro badges, grill along with the wheels on BFG KO2s on the TRD Sport trim all for $54,000

    Nothing worthy
1st giveaway would be the headlights. Besides colour.
Guess there's lots of people that don't know much about theses trucks and wouldn't know the difference.

    meh.
They help take some strain off the starter.
truck warms up a hell of a lot faster too

    Worth it to me.
I'm in Toronto and have one. When we had -25 overnight I plugged in on a timer (45min) by the time I drove 2 blocks coolant temp was already 65 degrees (scangauge)
I'm used to having one as I have it on my jetta TDI. There's been days I forgot to plug in and you can hear it just in the start for the truck. Might not need it...but it definitely helps reduce load on the starter and battery. Sure it helps reduce wear on the engine

Then again I also go up north a lot too

I was really disappointed with it. Loved it when it was revealed at the auto show in the states, but after seeing it in person at the toronto auto show no thanks. It looks much darker in pictures than it is in person.
