Something about...no work at the end of this quarter...sumptin...sumptin...90% of the temps are gone. 40% of the engineers..gone.
Then onto hourly. Idk.

Well.....might be out for 7-8 months on full paychecks. I guess that could be good.
Unfortunatly...I have time in. So it prob wont even get to me.

Pretty much. I flipped back a fort every two weeks before on the rotating 12s, but sometimes I had trouble adjusting.

Our lead time is about 11 months out.
There seemed to be a shortage of inconel last year. Im guessing thats why its so slow.
Our buyers are back on track for purchasing but.....that 11 month lead time for production.

Years ago I tried to get out of plumbing and took a manufacturing job nearby at carbon fiber plant. They make drone parts, rolls Royce turbine vanes, etc. Fortunately they were always behind. I couldn't handle the long days on my feet. Back was killing me. I had to leave. They've since sold and doubled in size.
