    Having a degree pays more and helps in promotions. The military is a fantastic place to get that degree. The USAF paid for both of mine.

    Yeah I was debating on going to school while being a cop, if possible while working my 40 hours. The problem with the coast guard is the recuiter told me after my 4 year active duty they require you to do 4 years of reserves and I'd rather just do my 4 years then get out so im not sure if he was feeding me bs or what...
