How about the quick turn signal time. Default is 3. Max can be 7. I had mine done to 6 and still feel like I need more time. Than again I am a bit more cautious when changing lanes.

Does anyone know of an attachment for the side rails that can attach to the t-slot nuts to bring the quick fists down a few inches? I cannot attach a shovel to them as installed with the factory cover. No clearance to do it right.

Clazzio just sent me a picture of my headrest cover design. I am stoked about getting these installed. Also ordered a set of chrome tailgate letter inlays for under $10 including shipping that are out for delivery today. Stoked again. Just hope they look good for the price. Worth trying anyway.

left mine on 3. Don't know where you're from, but i use the signal just as i'm about to change lanes. I plan for the lane change, give myself room, then hit the quick turn signal as I slide into the next lane. I do this because if you show your signal first people in LA tend to speed up to close the gap especially if you're a truck.

I filed an official complaint with Toyota over the way the automatic transmission shifts in my 2017 V6 taco. Three times now, on a rolling stop, when I go to accelerate the truck hesitates and bogs, lurches and then bogs again. This time I was almost T-boned in the intersection, screeching brakes from the other guy and all. According to Toyota there have been numerous other complaints about this. They thanked me for my time and offered no solution. If I hear anything I'll call you the guy said. Someone's going to get hurt because of this problem. I hope it's not me... or you.
When I asked the tech if he had driven a new Tacoma he said he had a Tacoma. When I asked what year he said 2014.
TSB has been done and no change

    Nothing worthy

    Join the club. Good luck!
Edit: VERY disappointing and almost been t-boned 4 times.
Lesson learned, know it does this and DONT romp on the pedal until there's a fix.

Anyone know what kind of paint I can use to paint these spacers black? They are T6 Aluminum.

I can see them just walking to my car. I don't want them to be visible. Also looking for just black steel struts.

Why would they be walking to your car in the first place. I would hit the auto parts store and get heat resistant paint similar to exhaust paint or brake caliper paint. That would help from heat coming from your brake pads and rotors.

I had a similar near miss before I had the 1st of 2 transmission tsb updates. That scared me and thought my truck was getting t-boned. Now I turn ect on if I dare make that kind of dart into traffic. It works like a turbo mode. The tsb's helped mine in that regard but I still use ect when I feel froggy.

My bad. Double DUH. Without looking I thought they were wheel spacers. Again DUH. Why not mask around them and use BBP touch up on them. Might need to scuff them with some emery cloth first.

Report it on the NTSB site, they get enough complaints they will push Toyota to find a solution seeing it's a safety issue.

I don't have any touch up for my truck. Looking to just paint it black. Might just scuff them up and paint it black and do a clear coat.

Today I got my center console tray (love it) and I also made my secret compartment in the bottom. Also added a couple of new stickers. The fish on the left and the USA on the center.
