    Yea, that looks great. One thing I need to figure out is I have a truxedo roll up cover. This comes with a rail system that seals to the length of the bed rails. So I will need to figure out if I can cut out the seal the width and depth of the Voodoo bar rail mount and still get the cover rails to seal to my bed. Make sense?

    I do remember KB voodoo's threads with other users showing the use of aftermarket covers, I just can't recall which ones. You'll have to dig through a little bit.

    I always waterproof my tent and camping items with SeamGrip on inside seams and then spray the outside with Kiwi Camp Dry Heavy Duty. Works like a charm.

    @WNYTACO Great work and idea! Great Execution. The RTT from other companies are not much different, this actually looks easy to setup and use!

    So I used this site to build a custom cover: https://www.tarpsnow.com/custom-5-sided-cover.html

    I used the dimensions of a folded double cot from Amazon. I'm hoping @WNYTACO can confirm the folded dimensions before I order.

    The price of a canvas cover with a drawstring around the bottom was $82 plus about $13 for shipping, so not bad.

    ONE NOTE:

    The cover builder on their website will not let you enter a height less than 1 foot, but I talked to someone there, and they said to just write in the notes section when you order the correct height. Should be about 8", depending on what @WNYTACO says.

    I will get you direct measurements tonight. One thing you will want is some sort of strap to go from one side to the other. I have para-cord going around the bottom of mine but due to the way I have it attached to the load bars it can't really get far enough under the corners for me to feel comfortable with it staying on with just that in place.

    Yes that is the tent I bought. I just choose to use the Amazon warehouse. You can get to that by using the Used and new option. See below.

    Not sure if the following question has been asked and it may sound a bit naïve, but could you (without breaking something) place the cot with the legs folded underneath, directly on top of the OEM tonneau cover the long way and strap it to the vehicle and use? or do you have to have it resting on crossbars like conventional RTT's? Just to keep it "simple stupid"?

    I just measured and my measurements are 55 1/2 long by 32 1/2 wide by 8 high. Keep in mind one side is a few inches higher than the other due to the folding but 8 inches is the higher side measurement. Let me know if you want anything else.
