    I think it was an auto because it sure was fast, If it was a manual he was having clutch issues and it was stuck in gear and he let his eye wander off the road trying to get it out of gear.

    Met with a Toyota parts manager today and they agreed the sand in the taillights is an issue.

    They're replacing them.

    If anyone is having similar issues bring them in!!

    Just when I think I may like the 3rd gen a thread like this poops up and I start looking at the 4Runners again.

    I fucked up trading my 4R for the STI but damn it's a fun car to drive.
