100% with you there. I walk in the seasonal doors, walk a few aisles to auto... Grab the oil, go to auto registers and scoot out of there. Effectively spending less than 10 minutes in there.

Fair point on other retailers. Didn't realize it was a retailer agnostic rebate. Thanks!

You are correct it's not but if you contact mobil rebates they will tell you that only Amazon is NOT approved. Not sure why it's not listed but I have never had an issue with a rebate submission for a good 2 years now whenever they have it.

    Scratches, dents, lots of squeaks.
ill try it again, I use that oil (0w30) in both the taco and my runner so if I don't get it again, I'm out nothing.

If they have a garage there you can usually walk right in there which puts you right in the auto department, cutting your 10 minutes in half.

Also, I dislike walmart as much as the next hippie, but the oil there is $10 cheaper than most auto parts stores without the rebates, count me in.

Both are advanced fuel economy as they are both 0w-20. The extended performance is speaking in terms of mileage that it states you can go before changing the oil. I personally only picked up the 15k extended mileage because that's all mine has (and it was the same price) but I have no intention of letting it go 15k.

If you aren't going to lab test it and take their OCI recommendation (which would likely fall in the 12-15k range, regardless of time) on your new engine, don't bother with either one.

IF you'll do 10k OCIs, use the syn.

If you feel better with 5k OCIs, a quality dino oil is just fine.
