Talked to my dad this morning and convinced him to just ride with me instead of taking his truck. Bonus, he's got the old folks National Park pass, so he and I get in for free and camping is half price. I'll be counting down these next 4 weeks!

Dang i didnt know the old folks one got half price camping! I paid 80 for the annual one that gets your vehicle and occupants in for free. It paid for itself in 4 months.

I wish I was going but I can't miss out on all this OT I'm getting at work. Not sure when or if it will come around again like this so I need to take advantage now. More parts for the truck will be coming though!

I'm bringing my tabletop propane grill and a camping stove, so I think we should be good. I have spatula and tongs for the grill, but may need some other camp utensils/pots & pans, though. I may be able to borrow a small folding table, too.

I have a cast iron skillet I like to use if we're cooking on the stove. For utensils I have my own TI spork. For a knife I just use my folding one.

Umm..No mention of coffee. I can get a coffee pot/brewer if we don't already have one.

I am too man. I am excited to get my bedrack and RTT!
I guess i will just pick a night for you to cook then.... haha
Sweet! I think we will need it as i have nothing to cook on. Im the one that digs a hole, puts coals in hole, grate over hole, food on grate... Or hot dogs on a stick over a fire. But since we can not have fires... we need your stoves!
    Sweet! I have a tailgate....
I can add these items to the list, and i need to add names to the gear list. I will try to get that done soon.

Sweet, @thedrewsifer let me borrow his big bend map. Its from National Geographic and its a pretty nice map. I think i am going to start getting one for each adventure i go on. I like that they are water and tare resistant.

My buddy always has instant coffee on hand when camping. He doesnt function well without coffee in the mornings.

While it's probably not anything to worry too much about, be careful with the drone. Drones are illegal to fly in national parks, all natonal parks from my research.

I don't understand why it's illegal and fully plan on flying drones in NP's. I figure you'll be safe if you keep an eye out and make sure your remote and away from the easy populated areas the rangers actually patrol.
