The same shit everyone else has.
I think I finally put together a good list of camp kitchen/cooking items.

Can some one take a look and make suggestions on changes or missed items?

    Good list.
Get a spice missile thing from gsi to hold a few more flavors than just salt and pepper. Paper plates and bowls make clean up easy. Really easy if you have a fire.

Use everything on the list to cook and eat a meal at home and you might find whats missing for you.
I keep a folding windscreen for the camp stove. I bring more than a few stoves, too.

Great tip. I'll have to try that.

I always have atleast 1 back up. I carry my Jetboil in my fishing tub and usually pack a single burner Coleman stove just because

Is someone going to make decals of a little brat peeing on a Jetboil now?

Do jetboils breakdown often? Mines always worked over the last decade so I can't complain.

For some people, the first thing to go is the little igniter switch. Over time it can stop producing a spark or ignite very infrequently.

I personally love my jetboil. I've taken it on a number of backpacking trips and really appreciate how nicely it performs. That little thing really gets the job done quickly and makes things easier.

    A little a this, a little a that...
A can opener is key to have in your camp kit. Ask me how I know...

I always go through my meal list and mentally "prepare" every dish to make sure that I have everything in need.

I use mine all the time. I have the Zip so it doesn't have an ignition on it. Nothing beats a hot cup of coffee in 2 minutes after a long day of fishing in the snow.

How's the jetboil in a 30 mph wind?
I prefer the MSR Reactor or Windburner myself over the Jetboil. I gave the one Jetboil I had away. He said he's happy with it, I wasn't.
I know, they sell a lot of them. They display them on the shelf to sell. And they do sell. I see alot of them returned at REI garage sales, too.
You rarely see an MSR stove there.

Actually I prefer my very old 1st version 1950's Sievert Svea 123 over all of them. Or my Borde (Bomb). Or my...
Did I say I have a lot of stoves?
    I don't have a Jetboil.
