So I've decided on customcargrills.com for a replacement. Should cost be under $200 if I color match on my own. I know I want to add in toyota in the middle. The decision is either the smaller "old school" Toyota or the big one. These are pics I pulled off their site. The one that's actually BBP like my own I'd get their "sharp" letters instead of the round. the inferno is that smaller lettering. I can't for the life of me decide which looks better. I suppose the smaller one is less ostentatious?
Then comes, do I paint it BBP or leave it black?

    Nothing looks good on a 3rd gen:D J/K
I would go with black. To much body matching makes them look "cheap" IMO

Ya That's what I was thinking. Saves me $90 of them painting it, or $30 something in supplies of me trying it and doing a crap job, lol.

My only fear is I may be doing too much matching on the other end. Save for the Tacoma insert on the tailgate (it's pink), and the steering wheel cover, I'm really close to blacking out everything. Though I kinda feel it contrasts well with the BBP :notsure:

    I'm not a spending $500on plastic, lol.
Neither am I spending $5-600 on most those prefab grills.
$89 for my mesh cut, $35 for some black letters. That's what I'm about. Ha

Do like the small letters. But if it's blacked out the big ones aren't as in your face.

Yea pellets. Luckily all that black smoke in the pic is from the conveyor, basically a big tire fire. There were pellets on fire but not like it could have been, that ship is sitting low filled up. There was also a 1,000 ft warehouse next to it that we were able to protect from catching. It was about a 5 hour job that could have easily been 2 or 3 days.

It looked real bad. My station is probably 5 miles from the port and we could see it pulling out. They had a fire there the night before in one of the pellet silos, a track hoe caught fire. I'm thinking they were dumping smoldering shit on that ship, hell of a coincidence anyway.
