    Sorry for the much delayed response! The paint seems to be holding up nicely except for what was knocked off during install. I plan to lift it, remove the fronts, and touch it up hopefully this week or next! Will post some pics after.

    Running board, K&N air filter, Nitto Terra Grapplers G2 on ProComp 7089(285/70/17), 3" front lift and 1.5" AAl rear, all with bilstein 5100's with Eibach spring, 1/2 spacer in driver side and 1/4 spacer on the passenger, Wicked Flow exhaust, Debadge, satoshi raptor grille (HomerTaco)
    the 5100s to achieve more than 1" of lift. The PreRunners appear to get more lift at the stock setting.

    Suspension mods to date: Eibachs, 5100s on all four corners, NO 1/4 spacer, NO TSB.

    Measurements before lift:
    LF: 34 1/2"
    RF: 34 3/4"
    LR: 36 7/8"
    RR: 37 1/4"

    Measurements with 5100s at stock setting:
    LF: 35 3/8" -> 7/8" of lift
    RF: 35 3/4" -> 1" of lift
    LR: 36 7/8"
    RR: 37 1/4"

    Measurements with 5100s at .85:
    LF: 36 1/8" -> 7/8 + 3/4 = 1 5/8" of lift
    RF: 36 1/2" -> 1 + 3/4 = 1 3/4" of lift
    LR: 36 7/8"
    RR: 37 1/4"

    I ended up with 3/4" of forward rake both left and right. I hope this helps some that are trying to decide on what settings to use for the 5100s. I will now need to get a new alignment but I will drive it for a while to make sure it has settled and that I am satisfied.

    After Pics, the road here has a slight incline.

    Hey Spice! Do you still have the same measurements after driving awhile? With your setting at .85, does your front end higher than the rear? Looks like its pretty even to me from the pix. From your data, it only lifted about 1 3/4" and it still the same now? When you raised the setting from 0" to .85" did you have to take it apart again or you adjusted it from the car? I'm trying to decide which setting I should do, I don't have the TSB also and I don't want my front end higher than the rear. Don't mind a little rake as long as the it is not noticeable. Thanks! :D

    I have not measured it lately but I did measure again about a week after install and the numbers were the same. It sits about 3/4" lower in the front. Yes, when you raise the c-clip on the 5100s from 0 to .85 you have to remove them from the truck and place them back on a spring press. If you are active duty, check out the hobby shop, they usually have a good quality wall or floor mounted press. That's what I used. If you are not a 4x4 you may not need to set the 5100s at .85, prerunners get nearly 1.6" with the Eibach springs alone. I am satisfied, now I want to get some Nitto Terra Grappler 265/75r16s.

    Thanks Shipmate! I probably have the same setting as yours. Yes, its is 4x4 DC so I need to set it at .85". No, I am not active duty anymore. I am a nurse here now in Cali. Nitto's are great, I just put it on last week and they handle pretty good in snow and wet surface. I was in the snow last week and I did not even have to use my 4x4 because these tires are sticky and smooth. Thanks again for your in put.

    No, these Eibach springs cannot be compressed that much unless you are on good terms with Godzilla or King Kong.

    Seriously though, I doubt the ride would be tolerable and doubt the shock would be able to withstand that much stress for very long even if it were possible to get them on the 2.5 setting. Manufacturer only recommend the .85 setting as max with the Eibachs so I wouldn't even think of trying for more.

    My front sway bar was close but it fit and I am 4x4. Maybe the 5100s are thicker than my stock TRD billys. :notsure:
